Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds subject to the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

- Personal care items, undergarments, perishable goods

- Customized or made-to-order products

- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

3. Process for Returns

- Email our support team at sales@omcomp.in with your order ID and reason for return.

- We will schedule a reverse pickup, or you may send the item to our return address.

4. Refund Process

- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

- In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.

5. Exchange Policy

Defective or damaged products are eligible for exchange. You must report such issues within 48 hours of receiving the product.
